Higgins Homes plc is a residential developer operating in London and the South East. To promote their latest development in North London, I worked with their marketing team to create a social media ad campaign.
As the development wasn't yet built, it was decided we'd focus on promoting the 'area' rather than the 'construction'. Taking inspiration from the developments name, 'Alphabet', I developed a series of attractive benefits relating to features in the locality. Things like transport, amenities, social life and history.
After extensive research, we combed the local radius and put together a collection of attractive visuals which we edited into different alphabetised themes. Higgins sold 90% of the development within a week of the campaign launch.
